Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy

This policy covers paid licences for Jurisbooks Offline (a licence key) and paid plans for Jurisbooks Online. It is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Try it free first

Both versions come with a free 7-day trial, with no payment and no card needed. Please use the trial to check that Jurisbooks suits your business before you buy. If you have questions during the trial, contact us and we will help.

2. No refunds once your key is issued or your plan is activated

Jurisbooks is software delivered electronically. Once a licence key has been issued (Jurisbooks Offline) or a paid plan has been activated on your account (Jurisbooks Online), the payment is not refundable, in full or in part, except where the law requires it. This also applies if you stop using Jurisbooks before the end of your licence or plan period.

3. When you will get a refund

• Before your key is issued or your plan is activated: if you change your mind after paying but before we have issued your key or activated your plan, tell us and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
• Paid twice, or paid too much: any duplicate or extra amount is refunded in full.
• Payment taken but order not completed: if money was taken from your account but the order failed, the amount is refunded in full (payments that fail at the bank are usually returned automatically by your bank or card company).

Refunds are made to the same account, card or UPI ID you paid from. Once we approve a refund it is started within 2 working days; the money usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

4. Problems with a key are fixed, not refunded

If a licence key does not work because the business name or Machine ID was entered wrongly, or you move Jurisbooks Offline to a new computer, contact us: we will check the details and issue a replacement key for the rest of your licence period.

5. Cancelling

• Jurisbooks Online: plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew or charge you automatically. If you do not wish to continue, simply do not renew. Your plan stays active until its end date. Please export your data before your access ends (see our Terms of Use).
• Jurisbooks Offline: a licence key keeps working for the period it was issued for. There is nothing to cancel; if you do not renew, the program asks for a new key when the period ends. Your data stays on your computer.

6. Delivery

Nothing is shipped. Everything is delivered electronically:

• Jurisbooks Offline: the licence key is sent to you on WhatsApp or by email, together with how to enter it, usually within a few hours and at most within 1 working day of payment. The program itself is downloaded from this website or sent to you as a file.
• Jurisbooks Online: the paid plan is activated on the account you sign in with, usually within a few hours and at most within 1 working day of payment. Your program picks it up by itself within a few minutes.

If you have not received your key or your plan within 1 working day, please contact us with your payment reference.

7. How to ask for a refund or help

Write to us or call us with your name, the phone number or email you used, and the payment reference (UPI reference, UTR or Razorpay payment ID):
